Heart of the City is Auckland's city centre business association, their key communications objective is to keep their members informed and engaged on HOTCity activity as well as key city developments and issues. The organisation talks to multiple audiences and connects with new and existing businesses and city residents on a daily basis. We have to be true guardians to their brand, maintaining values and reflecting the diversity of their business.
We work closely with the dedicated team at Heart of the City, throughout the year on a rewarding calendar of targeted campaigns, aligned across online and offline media. Alongside their stakeholder engagement pieces, we help maintain their social media engagement through branded content and we work in close partnership with their above the line agency to ensure consistent brand messaging. One of many recent highlights was working closely with their online developers to design the Pedestrian Counting website.
